নবী মূসা (আলাইহিস সালাম) একজন দয়ালু নেতা ছিলেন। আল্লাহ তাঁকে তাঁর জাতিকে পথ দেখাতে পাঠিয়েছিলেন।
Prophet Musa (peace be upon him) was a kind leader. Allah chose him to guide his people. He spoke to Allah and obeyed Him. He helped people who were weak and asked for justice.
নবী মূসা (আলাইহিস সালাম) একজন দয়ালু নেতা ছিলেন। আল্লাহ তাঁকে তাঁর জাতিকে পথ দেখাতে পাঠিয়েছিলেন। তিনি আল্লাহর সঙ্গে কথা বলতেন এবং তাঁর আদেশ মানতেন। তিনি দুর্বল মানুষের সহায়তা করতেন এবং ন্যায়বিচার চাইতেন।
When Musa and his people were trapped at the sea, Allah made a way for them to pass. Musa trusted Allah and led his people through. This shows that when we trust Allah, He helps in hard times.
যখন মূসা ও তাঁর লোকেরা সমুদ্রের কাছে আটকে পড়েছিল, আল্লাহ তাদের চলার পথ খুলে দিয়েছিলেন। মূসা আল্লাহর ওপর ভরসা করে তাঁর লোকদের নিরাপদে পার করলেন। এটা দেখায় যে আমরা আল্লাহর ওপর ভরসা করলে তিনি কঠিন সময়ে সাহায্য করেন।
Musa tried to be fair. A good leader listens, is patient, and makes fair choices. He does not shout or take more than others. Leaders help people feel safe and respected.
মূসা ন্যায়পরায়ণ ছিলেন। একজন ভালো নেতা শোনে, ধৈর্য ধরে এবং ন্যায়সঙ্গত সিদ্ধান্ত নেয়। সে চিৎকার করে না এবং নিজের জন্য অন্যদের থেকে বেশি নেয় না। নেতা মানুষকে নিরাপদ ও সম্মানিত বোধ করায়।
If you are in charge in class or at home, be kind and fair. Ask Allah for help in dua. Say the truth, share, and listen to others. Small kind acts make you a good leader like Musa.
যদি তুমি ক্লাসে বা বাড়িতে কিছু দায়িত্ব পাও, সদয় ও ন্যায়পরায়ণ হও। আল্লাহর কাছে দোয়া করো। সত্য বলো, ভাগ করো এবং অন্যদের কথা শুনো। ছোট ছোট সদয় কাজ তোমাকে মূসার মতো ভালো নেতা করে।
