নবী ইউসুফ (আ.)-কে পরিবারের কেউ কেউ অন্যায় করেছিল, অপরিচিত লোকরাও অন্যায় করেছিল। তিনি আশা ছাড়েননি। ধৈর্য মানে শান্ত থাকা, আল্লাহর ওপর ভরসা রাখা, এবং কঠিন হলেও ভালো কাজ করা।
When Yusuf had power, he forgave his brothers who hurt him. Forgiveness heals the heart. It is kind to say sorry and kind to forgive.
যখন নবী ইউসুফ (আ.)-এর হাতে ক্ষমতা এলো, তিনি তাঁর ভাইদের ক্ষমা করে দিলেন। ক্ষমা দিলে হৃদয় শান্ত হয়। ‘দুঃখিত’ বলা যেমন ভালো, তেমনি ক্ষমা করাও ভালো।
If a friend hurts you, breathe, speak gently, and tell an adult. Try to forgive when you can. Helping others and saying kind words shows the good you learn from Yusuf.
যদি কোনো বন্ধু তোমাকে কষ্ট দেয়, একটু গভীর শ্বাস নাও, শান্তভাবে বলো, আর বড় কারো কাছে বলো। সম্ভব হলে ক্ষমা করো। সাহায্য করা আর ভালো কথা বলা নবী ইউসুফ (আ.) থেকে পাওয়া শিক্ষা বোঝায়।
