A kind dove saw the ant struggling in the water. She quickly dropped a leaf near him. The ant climbed onto the leaf and safely reached the shore.
একটি দয়ালু ঘুঘু পিঁপড়াটিকে পানিতে ভেসে থাকতে দেখে সাহায্য করতে চাইল। সে দ্রুত একটি পাতা পানিতে ফেলে দিল। পিঁপড়াটি পাতার ওপর উঠে নিরাপদে তীরে চলে এলো।

A few days later, the ant saw a hunter aiming at the dove. The ant quickly bit the hunter’s foot. The hunter missed his shot, and the dove flew away safely.
কয়েক দিন পর পিঁপড়াটি দেখল, একজন শিকারি ঘুঘুটিকে লক্ষ্য করছে। পিঁপড়াটি দ্রুত শিকারির পায়ে কামড় দিল। শিকারির লক্ষ্যভ্রষ্ট হলো, আর ঘুঘুটি নিরাপদে উড়ে গেল।

ঘুঘু যেমন পিঁপড়াটিকে সাহায্য করেছিল, তেমনি পিঁপড়াটিও ঘুঘুকে সাহায্য করল। ভালো কাজের প্রতিদান একদিন ফিরে আসে।
